Forms for promotional video (not finished)

I created planning forms and legal documents for the unit. This helped me in planning, shooting and post-production e.g. legal documents such as release forms.

I created the following forms:

• Personal release (legal)
• Camera shot list (planning)
• Edit log (planning)
